If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled float time, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 61131229. We will be happy to help you reschedule if the appointment time is more than 24 hours away.
Please be aware that Float Fremantle reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
We value your time, our time & the service that we provide. Unfortunately the services we offer are not like a physio/chiro/beautician where your appointment might only be 20 minutes – we block out 1.5hours for a 1hour float. So last minute cancellations cost us dearly if we are unable to re-fill the appointment. In order to be able to afford to continue operating we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy.
We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling, and bear in mind you are welcome to send someone else along instead.
If you think your circumstances require special consideration, please ask to speak to Savanna or Ash.
Float Fremantle is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you requested as per the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) Policy

The minimum age for customers to book for floatation therapy at Float Fremantle is 16 years old
It is not recommended to enter the tank under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other illegal substances
We do not advise you to float if you suffer from incontinence, serious heart disease, epilepsy or chronic kidney disease
Can be purchased via our website or in store and are not returnable
All our gift cards are valid for twelve months after the purchase date.
Cards are sent via email following purchase online or a hard copy can be purchased and collected in-store
Redeeming Gift Cards
Please present Gift cards on arrival before your float. If the Gift Card is not available please provide the Gift Card number.
Memberships are purchased via our website and are valid immediately following purchase and are automatically renewed each month
You are entitled to the stated number of floats per month for your particular membership as well as all other benefits as stipulated on the memberships page.
Membership floats are fully shareable.
Memberships may be put on hold for a maximum of one month. Please contact Float Fremantle for more information.
Memberships have a minimum 3 month period during which cancellation may not be made. Following this 3 month period, you can cancel the membership at any time by contacting Float Fremantle.
Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded at any time after the initial three month period. Please contact Float Fremantle for more information.

When purchasing from Float Fremantle card details are transmitted through a secure server using Float Helm and authorize.net. Card data is not hosted by Float Fremantle after processing.
